| All
video inspections are reviewed and rated in-house by
certified professionals using PACP software. For each
deficiency found, the PACP deficiency coding is used
to grade the condition of the manholes and pipes. Condition
grades described as — O&M (Potential for Blockage),
Physical Condition, Security, Internal Structural Condition,
and Structural Performance — can be used to grade
pipes and manholes.
